Features:
The machine with an inclination layout (l2º) of bed used for grinding various cylindrical parts with high geometry precision and surface finish by through feed and conical parts and formed parts by plunge feed is suitable for batch production in bearing, automobile, and tractor industry.

The features and performance:
1.Unidirectional movement. Both the grinding and regulating wheel shaft are of twin-grip bearings featuring heavy duty and high accuracy.
2.Feed unit consists of a step motor, a harmonic drive and ball-screw, manual feed is also available for easy operation
3.OMRON PC with interlock protection.
4.Regulating wheel spindle speed may be varied via an AC frequency inverter drive.
5.Longitudinal reciprocation of the grinding wheel dresser is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. Dressing feed and compensation are carried out by the step motor, harmonic drive and ball-screw.
6.Dual-V needle guide-ways for feed and cam dressing.
