Features:
1) CK6150 type CNC controlled lathe is used to turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, end surface, taper surface, arc surface and thread of shaft etc., with highly efficient and precision working. The tools can be fitted 8-12 position motor turret head type (or fix hydraulic turret head type by customers election). The CNC control is adopted with KND-100T 2 system and be fitted with different CNC system according to customer's requests. The spindle drive speed is adjusted by alterantion and frequency conversion, it realized permanent speed turning.
2) The lathe adopts 45 inclined bed, with high rigidity, easy removal of chips, and convenient for observation. X and Z axes guide ways are adopted HTPM oversize with pre-loading lineal and rolling guide ways. X and Z axes leading screws are adopted bigger diameter with 2 gradation accuracy ball leading screws, the accuracy of leading screws is most high grade in domestic by made in HANJINAG screw & guide works. The screw is in center type (it is fitted in center of bed), torque was eliminated, transmissive stability was raised. The machine tool has been fitted hydraulic tank, It can be adopted 200mm hydraulic chuck with though hole type, The lathe adopts hydraulic tailstock, The tailstock sleeve can very quick move or slow move and slight move. Therefore, It made operation and working brought much convenient and safety. The lathe is adopted whole modular cast, it is treated aging, so that cast is not deformation. The lathe is adopted wider bed, with this result supporting rigidity increase, and raise turning stability. Therefore the lathe can be strong turning. The leading screw of bed was protect with straight plate (non-folding protective shield), as a result protection water and protection of chips was raised. The machine tool guide way and screws are both lubricated periodically.
3) The spindle supporter is adopted with pre-loading accurate and angular contact bearings (assembly by bearing works), and with double cylindrical roll bearing. It can be acquire to optimized compound with high precision, high rigidity, high load bearing ability and high turning speed. The machine tool is protected entirely closed, compact construction, occupy a small area.
